Spectators
What You'll See
Canadian Track Nationals will be attracting the best endurance and sprint track riders from across Canada. Track cycling is very much a spectator sport - especially at an indoor track. The action is fast and furious, with this international field clocking speeds from 50 to 70 km/hr. Every 11-13 seconds an elite rider will pass in front of the stands. With up to 25 riders on the track at once, there is plenty to see.
Peak Viewing Times
The day time sessions will normally involve qualifier events, while the night time sessions will feature the final medal events. A more definitive viewing schedule will be posted closer to the event, as the schedule is confirmed.Infield Expo
Join us on the infield and take a walk through the Cycling Expo. Sponsors, local businesses, industry representatives, and cycling resources will setting up information booths. A list of attendees will be posted closer to the event dates.
Bands
Each evening will feature a local band on the infield, providing entertainment and exciting to go along with the racing action. A schedule will be posted closer to the event date. Interested in being one of these bands? Contact race organizers to put your name into the hat!
